Me gustaría recomendar un libro de Paul Auster. En realidad la mayoría de su obra es alucinante. Fue premio Principe de Asturias de las letras el año pasado. El libro en cuestión es \"Brooklyn follies\", y dibuja con suaves pinceladas a la sociedad americana. Y otro libro que no tiene desperdicio es \"Tenemos que hablar de Kevin\" de Lionel Shriver, donde la madre de un adolescente norteamericano que ha matado a varios compañeros del instituto (esto no desvela nada porque se sabe desde el principio..) escribe sus reflexiones en varias cartas. No tiene desperdicio!! Que a nadie asuste el grosor del libro, porque después de la primera página ya no lo podreis dejar. Y para terminar (sí, y sé que soy un pesado..) un clásico: \"Crimen y castigo\" de Fiódor Dostoievsky. En un verdadero tratado de psicología que debería estudiarse en las facultades, por la capacidad de este autor de desmenuzar el alma humana.
